Ok continuing with my journey here day 3 of move here

Alright I am going to be starting to just do brief posts so I can catch up on what is going on currently.

So day three we started off from San Antonio

So when we got through san antonio we went into LA and got to say it was fun, I didnt get to take a photo since all the time we went it was dark or foggy in the am. The hotel we stayed at was a mile from a cemetary and thought it was the greatest thing ever :) 

So day 4 of cross country journey we were going and brother was saying oil is good and everything, well we stopped by a cracker barrel and went to walmart and I noticed smoke coming from exhaust pipe so I said to have me look at oil level well it was a inch from no oil and mom was livid to say the least.

Thankfully we were at walmart and they were able to fill oil and any other things that needed help fixing so we can get to florida safely. At this point since oil is full and everything we drove until we hit clearwater,fl. So here are photos from going through new orleans.

Ok well that is all for our journey to fl we finally arrived on feb 2 and got to davenport around 3pm got our keys and everything, and then checked in at OKW :) and had a blast and every since been having fun going to disney and universal and in between interviews. No hits yet on a job but hopefully soon. Well will post pictures from our disney stay so next post will be overload on photos. Have a good night everyone!

Day 2 of Adventure to FL

Ok so day 2 was just driving really and stopping, we didnt do much either cause it was raining and fog whole trip and so didnt get to stop at riverwalk like we were planning on it cause of the rain and didnt really take much photos either. 
 
But yea up until we actually go to fl didnt take much photos, on day 3 we staying in LA and our hotel was a block from a cemetary talk about crazy cool :) which I got photo of it but was dark when we got there and when we left it was foggy so lose lose situation, but will be coming back to LA with my friend Jess one day :)

We drove til end of LA and then check engine light came on and was like great now what so thankfully we ate at cracker barrel and there was a walmart across so had them check it out and low and behold oil was to point we would be burning oil soon, this is after my brother kept saying oh yea oil is fine, obviously not. Well we got that fixed and decided 2 hours later to stop for night was hitting around 6pm and was tired as anything. We stopped at a hotel in clearview, fl.

Ok well I am done for the night just did a quick update will post tomorrow.

I am a floridian now!! well almost

Ok well it has been a while so I will make this short an sweet but with tons of photos, during the drive was good only thing was oil was low due to my brother not knowing how to check for oil, other then that we came to fl safe and sound :) My car needed a new battery yay and was on my bday too yay for me lol Movers also came so didnt do much went to olive garden for my bday dinner :) Ok well now will be some photos and post a bit.

So after movers left we went to church and then rested for the next day January 29 we would be on the road at 4am :(

We wake up at 4am and hit the road at 4:30am and when we started the car it made a canary sound and like great but we drove just had radio on to cover the noise :) We then had several stops along way due to dogs being let out and to check car for oil and both were fine.

We ended up in El Paso, TX for the night and our dog Oreo got sick :/ but got better along the way. Well I will end it with day one of our adventure. I will continue on day 2 tomorrow. :) Night all and Happy reading!

Well everyone this will be last post I will do online until we get to Florida!! Tomorrow movers come at 8:30am and then later on we are going to visit my dad at the cemetery then go to church load car and then off to FL we go at 4:30am!

I will be posting on my phone not sure what or how well that will be, but giving you guys a heads up. I am CPR certified. I am all packed and ready to go!

I do have to vent though we have a neighbor who is very nosy and calls cops on everything and anyone. Well yesterday night when car transport came truck was loud so she called the cops on us. Well lets just say driver wasn't surprised but at same time he told officer well if you know a device or a engine that makes a semi truck quiet let me know other then that screw whoever called on us. Officer laughed and totally agreed with us :)

Ok well I just wanted to update everyone, I will post pictures and update tomorrow night I never did photo on my phone so should be interesting :) Well hope everyone has a good weekend!

2 days to go

Ok well it's almost time!! I finished my online CPR portion now just have to do in person test to be CPR certified!!

So we are going to ship one vehicle to fl so it will be easier on all of us, my car is going due to it is smaller and not everything we need can fit.

Also we will extend our days staying at old key west in Disneyworld by a day so will be staying feb 2-6 now. :D

Well that's the update nothing else otherwise!

4 days to go!

Well like title says 4 more days til the big day!! Well wont be long but didn't do much went to dermatologist got some samples to help until I get a job and can get insurance in Florida. 

Then picked up my letter of recommendation from work, and got to say I felt like they could give two shits about me now. I am like awesome well glad I no longer work with you guys.

After that had grilled cheese and tomato soup, then I got my windshield replaced due to 2 cracks in window, now it is all nice and clean :) thankfully for car insurance being fully covered in windshield repair :) I then had to get rear wiper blade from Toyota due to it is a special kind of blade, thankfully only cost $8 :)

I then dropped off my brother to get our van that has been in and out of the shop this week then it ever has so hopefully this is it before the drive :/

That was just of day, then I started on my CPR class I got 4 lessons and got 15 more to go and have to finish it by Thurs night. :) ok well off to bed I go, I am taking both dogs to vet tomorrow for the shots they need for kennels and for the apartment as well.

Farewell Party 1/21/12

Over the weekend I had my farewell party, I was kinda upset that no one from work came except one person the rest came from being friends with them for almost 9 years. But yea know those are the ones that truly matter anyways.Well the day went great had fun! It started off by going to my friend, Jess's mom house. We had a fun get together had chicken,corn,chips and salsa, and of course alcohol :) Here is a picture of her mom and her bf and I before we left to go to Applebee's for my party.

 Jess and I went to Applebee's early due to saving a table so in meantime had a drink while waiting, this was drink 3 at this point. Jess was the DD for the night. After a while we ordered so appetizers and of course more drinks for me lol. Here are a few pictures from Applebee's.

Then after Applebee's and saying goodbye to Shawn,Kori and Dr. Kingra for the night we went to Mill Ave which is right by ASU and has whole bunch of clubs. Went into a club for a while and it was fun I can tell I am opening up more and more. So after Mill we went back to Jess's house to hang out and eat again, we had Filberto's.

So around 3AM we were all getting tired, I was on the couch sleeping, Jess was on table sleeping, so TJ and Priscilla decided to head on out. I do have to say that I will truly miss them, wish we hung out more often but very glad they hung out with me for my last night. I almost cried when I was saying goodbye and one of the pictures you can semi tell it also, here are the photos.

I then slept on Jess's couch and then next morning went to church and watched football and overall the weekend was a great one and one soon that will never be forgotten.I am now going to go and start doing my CPR class online before friday or will not be certified in CPR before I leave :/ Hope everyone had a great day today and will post again in a few days as the moving day comes closer and closer.! Intro

Hello All! Welcome my name is Chrissy. I am 25 going to be 26 eecckk lol in 2 weeks exactly. This is going to be a page about my life and anything I feel like writing about. I am going to give you a few key things about myself prior, I live with my mom and brother, Tom. My mom in 2007 lost one of her feet due to mrsa infection that got to her bone. She also then few years later lost her other leg due to same reason as well, so my brother and I take care of her, I mean she has taken care of us so now it is our turn to take care of her.

  I was born and raised in Spotswood, NJ until I was 13 then we moved out to Gilbert, AZ in 2000, due to health reasons for my parents are better there. I am a shy person at first but warm up after a few minutes, also another reason why I am wanting to do a page to see if I can improve that. Arizona is nice and everything but we miss seeing family after 12 yrs of not seeing anyone, so we are moving to Florida in 5 days now!! Why you probably ask? Well we are always going to florida every year because of " the mouse" AKA Walt Disney World. 

  Yes we are moving to the sunshine state as normal people call it, however I am not normal, so I call it my happy place! Other reasons why we are moving are as followed:

• closer to family
• disney
• other amusement parks
• beach
• flea markets
• almost like AZ weather
• same time zone as family and BFF

So there are a lot of good things that I hope will be to come and as one of my friends from AZ said " I am surprised you have not moved there sooner" I am surprised but also glad that they know I am going to a place where I will be happy.

  Ok so before I leave you a super long first post I do apologize have to know when to stop :), here is a list of some of the things I am interested in and will probably see in some of my posts:

• bowling
• reading (mysteries, horror, vampire novels, romance)
• pool
• video games (RP or party games)
• running for marathons ( going to do a runDisney in Sept)
• anything disney
• movies ( watching them at home or theater)
• taking pictures of whatever interests me
